Upskilling
- Upskilled the housekeeping team of my building of 20 sweepers in skills of carpenter and electrician by conducting regular workshops on the weekends in my terrace .
- These are currently working as assistant carpenters and electrician in my building and neighbourhood in their spare their soarerime for extra income
- Golf caddies often suffer for their bread and butter during off season leaving them unemployed.
- We managed to have regular camps for a group of 15 caddies to upskill in carpenter and electrician skills
- They are currently assisting the club employees as part time assistants and earning extra income
